President - All India Bulk Division
Number of Positions:1, Location : Mumbai
The incumbent will be responsible for efficient management of Pan India Bulk Division by giving effective direction and control of strategic functions, thereby safeguarding and augmenting position of the Group in the domestic and international trade. The candidate should have thorough multi - functional knowledge and ability to manage all aspects of Conventional cargo activity covering Commercial, Operations, Contract negotiations, Costing, and Staff management. Ability to network, identify new businesses and develop customers will be a key result area. Must be able to enforce cost effectiveness, customer satisfaction, improvements, compliance, claim prevention, operational safety standards, capacity management and team management. Advice, direct and assist Regions in efficient management and achievement of targets.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, leadership qualities and team building abilities will be core strengths of ideal incumbent. Should be Graduate with at least 15 year's of relevant experience and proven track record.
Regional Heads as Vice President - Build Division (West/South/East)
No.of Positions : 3, Location: Mumbai-1, Chennai-1, Kolkata-1
As the focal point for the Region, effectively administer, supervise and control the entire sphere of the Bulk shipping activity for the respective region. Work in close liaison under President - All India Bulk Division. Communicate and enforce operational standards to ensure fast turnaround of the vessels in port, loading and discharge of cargo, turnaround of equipment, coordinate with external agencies like Port, Customs etc., so as to ensure effective service delivery to the utmost satisfaction of Principals.

Senior Ship Brokers (Dry Cargo Business)
No.of Positions:10 Location: Mumbai-3, Delhi-3, Chennai-2, Kolakata-2
The incumbent should be a Graduate/Post Graduate with at least 10 years experience having sound knowledge of Chartering negotiation and must have good contacts with ship Owners/Ship Opoerators. Should have thorough knowledge of Ship Broking/Chartering and must be self-motivated, result oriented, team builder, capable to generate business, having a proven track record.
Remmuneration will commensurate with Experience and will be above Industry standards.
