BRANCH/REGIONAL MANAGER (Male /Female) 1 Post (Chennai)

Experience of 15+years in Shipping & Sea and Air Logistics with a minimum of 10 years experience in LCL consolidation. Candidate must a graduate and should be able to communicate fluently in English and the local vernacular, knowledge of Hindi will be an added advantage. The right candidate will be a self motivated team player with the ability to lead his/her team from the front. The branch Manager has to be strong administrator, highly disciplined and possess strong HR Management skills. Having sound commercial knowledge of the business and good understanding of financials linked to the business and the environment the business operates in is a must. The candidate must be system savvy and have the ability to handle periodic management reviews and present the regions progress professionally. Candidate must be mobile and ready to travel across India and overseas to promote business.

SR.SALES MANAGER (Export consolidation and Freight Forwarding) (Male/Female) 1 post

Experience of 10+ years in experience in shipping & Sea and Air Logistics with a minimum of 5 years in LCL Consolidation and FCL/Air freight forwarding sales. Candidate must be graduate and should be able to communicate fluently in English and local vernacular, ability to speak in Hindi will have clear and added advantage. The Candidate must be highly motivated and have the ability to build and lead a strong sales team. Individual applying for this position must be very hard working and lead by example. Understanding of the local market and dynamics that influence it is a must, knowledge of other markets in te region will be an added advantage. The candidate will be responsible for the export sales performance and also handle reviews and present developments in a professional manner periodically to the Management, in order to do so the individual must be computer literate/savvy. The candidate will also require to develop the export team and that would entail having sound man management skills.

SALES MANAGER (Import Consolidation and Freight forwarding) (male/Female) 1 post

Experience of 10+years in experience is Shipping & Sea an Air Logistics with a minimum of 5 years in LCL consolidation and FCL/Air freight forwarding sales. Candidate must be graduate and should be able to communicate fluently in English and local vernacular, ability to speak in Hindi will have clear and added advantage. ASST. SALES MANAGERS (Import Consolidation and freight forwarding) (Male) 4 posts

Experience of 5 years in LCL consolidation in sales is a must. Candidate must be a graduate and have the ability to communicate fluently in English and Tamil. Ability to communicate in Hindi will be an added advantage. Candidates must be hard working and should posses a two wheeler for mobility. Knowledge of the Chennai markets and adjoining Cargo Centers in South India will be an advantage.

MANAGER EXPORT OPERATIONS (Export Documentation and Operations) (Female/male) 1 post

Experience of 10 years in shipping with at least 5 being in LCL consolidation and freight forwarding. Sound knowledge of export documentation procedures and commercials is must for this position. The candidate must also handling operational planning and commercial activities like pricing, overseas communications and strategic alliances. The candidate must be a sound communicator and communicate fluently in English, Tamil and Hindi, candidate must share excellent rapport with shipping lines, CFS operators, vendors and be able to manage these relationships to optimize performance and remain cost effective. This will is a very demanding position and requires the candidate to have a high degree of ownership, striking a perfect balance between functionality and flexibility to achieve high degree of customer satisfaction.

SR.EXECUTIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE (Export Operations and sales support) (Females/Males) 2 posts

Graduates with experience of 5 years in service industry with a minimum of three in LCL consolidation and freight forwarding. Candidate must be computer savvy and must possess excellent communication skills in English and Tamil, basic knowledge of spoken Hindi is a must.

SR.EXECUTIVE (Export Documentation) (Males) 2 posts

Graduates with experience of 5 years in shipping and freight forwarding with a minimum of three years experience in documentation in LCL consolidation. Candidate must be computer savvy and must possess excellent communication skills in English and Tamil, basic knowledge of spoken Hindi will be an added advantage.
